If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused product within 7 days of date of purchase for exchange or store credit. No cash refunds can be given. Please be certain of your purchase ahead of time. Every attempt will be made to replace the item with the product of your choice.
EXCEPTION: Saddles - If returned within trial period.
Returned item must be unused, showing no signs of use or wear, and accompany the original packaging. If an item is returned that is not resalable as new, or past the 7 day limit, a fee may be charged.
Please note: We do not accept returns for layaway items, special orders, sale, clearance or closeout items, opened supplements, or wormers.
